During the past 14 years, Senior Lecturer and retired United States Army Colonel Bill Foley has taught 4,086 undergraduate and 468 graduate students at O’Neill. His contributions to the O’Neill School and its students have helped build the school’s reputation and provided a solid foundation for students. Please consider a gift today to honor Bill’s retirement and legacy at the O’Neill School. All funds will support scholarships for O’Neill students.
