The Center for Rural Engagement at IU Bloomington works in full-spectrum community innovation through research, community-engaged teaching and student service, building vision, harnessing assets and cultivating sustainable leadership structures within the communities with which it engages to ensure long-term success.

Involvement in programs like our award-wining, community-engaged teaching initiative, Sustaining Hoosier Communities, is just one example of how your unrestricted gift to the Center can help us connect hundreds of students with rural leaders and residents each year to develop and launch projects addressing health, community resilience, and quality of place.
